Firstly, I could not have done it without Blender rendering the geometry in two 360 images to get the stereoscopic 3DVR effect. Like in this vid https://youtu.be/OMGxpJKmLn0

I also used exports from DesignDoll for the body 3D models.

However, once images were rendered, I drew over them the details. That part was very tedious, because I had to edit two very similar versions corresponding to viewer's each eyeball.

Therefore it's much easier to do draw just plain 360 Panoramas
The VR part is best left to good 3D CGI artist.
I was disappointed by the impracticality of drawing by hand these. So don't expect me to make more of these any time soon.
Except for the plain 360 panoramas.
